Our program is made up of a consortium of employers in the Capital Region who have committed to high level “informational interviews” for the spouse/partner of newly relocated hires. By meeting with leaders in the spouse’s discipline, these job seekers are building substantive professionals networks optimizing their job prospects. As newcomers, they are gaining entry to local decision makers in their respective fields that they likely would have had limited if any access to otherwise. This methodology accelerates the job seeking process for spouses and enables families to resume a stable financial environment that supports their quality of life.
